Here is the the solution: On the display settings option for Windows 10 "Advanced display settings" then option "Advanced sizing of text and other items" you get the old windows 8. If my computer hibernates with a monitor plugged into the HDMI port, either directly or through Dynadock, my computer will crash and need to be restarted.

The second screen was working fine for a few days, but suddenly stopped working after having to restart my system. But I suppose this means that I'll need to return the item and wait for a dock that's fully compatible with Windows 8.

If I plug the screen directly into my computer, it works fine. When I try installing the driver while it's already installed, a message pops ydnadock saying "DisplayLink Software for DisplayLink Graphics is already up to date".
I've tried restarting and re-plugging in the USB. Update Unrecognized Zip Code.

After upgrading from dynzdock 8. Thanks for your reply Eldorado. This is a great solution for the professional who uses a laptop as their primary computer at the office and on the go. I don't have Windows 7 anymore, so I don't know. Thanks for your help. Went into my Device Manager, tried telling my dumb computer that the connection being made to it needs the DisplayLink driver, but my computer was like, "I dunno what you're talking about, buddy.
